No Returns We do not accept returns once a product has been sold and delivered.

Customers are requested to review product details, images, pricing, and descriptions carefully before confirming their purchase.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, broken, or defective at the time of delivery

• The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order

Note: There may be a slight color difference between the product image and the actual product due to screen resolution, lighting, and display settings of different mobile phones. Such minor color variations are not eligible for return. Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear and continuous unboxing (opening) video is mandatory to claim any refund.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package from all sides before opening

• The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits

• The damaged or defective product clearly visible

Refund requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Process If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method only

• No cash refunds will be provided

Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items Not Eligible for Refund Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Unboxing video is missing, incomplete, or unclear

• Product is not damaged or defective

• Damage caused after delivery due to customer handling

• Incorrect product ordered by the customer

• Minor variations in color, finish, or design due to lighting or screen differences

• Refund request raised after the allowed timeframe

Cash on Delivery (COD) Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
